This program will help you better understand the causes of your stress, learn to manage it, build resilience and improve self-esteem.

Quality clinical content is integrated with tools and activities in a safe and secure space.

  • Develop skills to help you address your work-life balance.
  • Learn to problem-solve successfully and communicate more assertively.

Space from Stress consists of eight modules. Complete these in your own time and at your own pace over approximately eight weeks.

Each module contains text, video and audio clips as well as interactive and engaging activities that will help you to manage stress and build resilience.

A dedicated coach will provide guidance, feedback and encouragement as you work through the program.

Personalized feedback – you choose what content and activities you share with your coach but the more you share the better able they will be to provide personalized and helpful feedback.
